Returns
Due to the nature of our products (beauty and personal care), we do not accept returns once items have been delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Packages

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
